CNC Programming
Mastercam programming and toolpath strategy for complex parts, difficult materials, prototype work, and low-volume production.
Pimatech helps manufacturers turn challenging parts and uncertain processes into practical, manufacturable solutions.

Pimatech is built around more than forty years of hands-on manufacturing experience—from manual machining and prototypes to modern multi-axis CNC programming.
Mastercam programming and toolpath strategy for complex parts, difficult materials, prototype work, and low-volume production.
Practical review of geometry, tolerances, tool access, inspection demands, workholding, and likely cost drivers.
Manufacturing sequence, setup strategy, fixture concepts, tooling direction, and troubleshooting for jobs that are not behaving.
Screen-sharing and remote CAD/CAM support for shops that need fast, experienced help without the cost and delay of travel.
Planning for difficult, unusual, or high-consequence parts where sound judgment matters more than a canned process.
Guidance for machinists, programmers, and teams who want to strengthen their judgment—not merely memorize procedures.
“When you hire me, your problem becomes my mission.”
Jerry Bryant has spent more than forty years in precision manufacturing, prototype development, CNC programming, shop building, process improvement, and mentorship.
His background includes aerospace, semiconductor, oilfield, research, and national-laboratory work. He is most at home with the parts and problems other people would rather avoid.
Pimatech provides manufacturing consulting and practical technical support. It does not provide licensed professional engineering services or accept responsibility as engineer of record.
Pimatech is being built toward a larger purpose: preserving the craft of machining and passing it to people who want to learn.
The long-term vision is a modern craftsman’s guild combining hands-on mentorship with CAD/CAM, CNC machining, additive manufacturing, and practical problem-solving.
